Casa do Papagaio Verde on Madeira island is a guesthouse bed and breakfast with quality furnishings and lovely taste.The house was designed to take full advantage of the lovely and beautiful sunlight that passes in front of the house and over the swimmingpool from east to west. The house faces south and has a wide and deep view over the Atlantic ocean. It is despite being close to the city of Funchal also a nice and quiet area for the sleepless and the restless.

Location

Located in the best area of Funchal, a precious green hill west of Madeira's capital, with the sea in front, Casa do Papagaio is waiting for your visit for a well deserved holidays.

Next to the House starts a Levada, a Path alongside a small open waterline, conecting the green rural areas in the west with the city of Funchal. From here you can walk to the beach of Praia Formosa where excellent restaurants and the hotels like the 5-star Pestana Grand Hotel, Hotel Regency Palace or the 4-star Porto Mare Hotel are located.

Facilities

In addition to all the standard services Casa Papagaio also provides the following:

Living room with internet access, Piano and a little library with books in various languages;
A full breakfast with jams, juices, egg, cereal, and so on;

ROOMS

All bedrooms have a sea view, facing south and with an excellent solar exposition
inviting all guests to relax in the sun and be at one with nature.
We have a suite situated on the top floor witch allows privacy and comfort for all newly marriage couples to spent the honeymoon period.
All have celling to floor windows, with large curtains. They are also all equipped with a tv.
In the main lobby there is an internet access and, at your disposal a little library with several books in various languages.

Each of the apartments is fully equipped with all the kitchen needs required.
