Distribution: Endemic of the Madeira Archipelago. It occurs in the Madeira and Desertas islands, close to the ground, under rocks and among ground vegetation.
Description: Small, turbinate shell, with 4 spiral turns with interrupted strings and little vertical pleats, straight or zigzagged. The opening is round and the colouration varies between light brown and greyish/whitish.
