Distribution: Endemic of the Madeira Archipelago. It occurs in arid zones close to the ground, under rocks and among ground vegetation.
Description: Spindle-shaped and shiny shell, with 6 spiral turns. The opening is long and very narrow and angular. Its colour may vary from yellow to whitish, with 8 to 9 mm in height and 3 to 3,5 mm in diameter.
