Distribution and Habitat: Endemic of the Madeira Archipelago. It occurs in moist places, close to the ground, under rocks and decomposing leaves in the ground.
Description: Spindle-shaped shell, with 5 to 6 turns, the last being more than half of the shell's size, with 8 mm in height and 3 mm in diameter. The shell is shiny and translucent, its colouration corneal yellow.
