Distribution and Habitat: It is present in the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. It occurs on worms, pebbles and rocks from the eulittoral zone.

Description: The thallus is calcified and with a rocklike aspect, strongly associated to the substrate. The crusts are pale pink with many branches.
