Distribution and Habitat: Its presence in the region is occasional. This species is usually oceanic and occurs in temperate and tropical waters.
Description: Its predominant colouration is grey, which becomes lighter with the appearance of white scars all over the body. The head is round and does not have a prominent beak. The dorsal fin is elevated, pointed and dark in colour. It is more built than most of dolphins. It reaches 3.2 m in length and weighs 400 Kg.

Observations: It uses the regions waters to feed, from June to October.
